This tour may start very early but afterwards, you will be grateful! The Acropolis has a special atmosphere in the early morning: the soldiers hoisting the flag, the beautiful light and the sunbeams falling on the monuments, truly breathtaking! At this time of the day it’s so wonderfully quiet and peaceful, leaving you with a sense of exclusivity! From the top, you will enjoy a beautiful panoramic view and also get explanations about surrounding monuments. The tour ends on the Acropolis so you can continue to enjoy the spectacular views and take pictures.

Enthusiastic historical description of the Acropolis monuments as well as the surrounding sights visible from above such as the Herodeon, Philopappos, Dionysos Theater, Asclepios sanctuary, the Propilea, Nike temple, Areopagus Hill, Ancient Agora, the Parthenon, the Erechteion with the Karyatids, the Lycabetus, the ancient marble quarries, among others

Great experience We had a great tour to the Akropolis! Fotini told us everything we needed to know and bonus: in our own language, Dutch! We highly recommend to do this tour when in Athens.

Excellent guide Very friendly guide who provider a lot of info abortus the monument and give us time to take photo's. Also gave us extra tips where to eat or interesting sightseeing.

Fun and animated tour Had a very nice and animated tour of the Acropolis! Fotini took us through the long history of the Pantheon, the Nike temple, .... . She also knows the perfect places to escape the hustle and bustle and really enjoy yourself to the fullest. A tour in the Netherlands is a real advantage with children, they are much more involved.

Fantastic Family Guide Fotini was the best guide I have ever had anywhere on my travels! She was clear with her words and explanations, kind in looking after and leading the group and really super with the children. Despite the burning heat, we remember the tour happily! Leerrijke rondleiding met een joviale gids We hadden afgesproken met Fotini aan de ingang van de Acropolis. Ze gaf meteen een zeer ontspannen en joviale indruk. Ze nam ons mee in haar verhaal rond en over de Acropolis en slaagde er via haar interactieve uitleg in om iedereen steeds geboeid te houden. Zeker een aanrader!

Amazing Acropolis Tour Guide Fotini was an amazing guide for our first time at the Acropolis. She was excellent at communicating ahead of time and telling us what to expect. She also made us feel comfortable throughout the tour as it can get overwhelming with the crowds. She’s fun and very knowledgeable and we had a blast!

– 10 € for seniors (65+) for EU citizens only with valid ID
– 10 € for students outside the EU (with valid student card)
– * Free entrance for all children and students from EU countries

– 10 € for adults and seniors
– 10 € for students from outside the EU (with valid Student Card)
– * Free entry for all children and students from EU countries

The combined ticket for 7 archaeological sites (Acropolis, Temple of Zeus, Agora, Roman Agora, Hadrian’s Library, Keramikos Antique Cemetery, Aristotle Lyceum) is convenient if you are staying in Athens for a longer period. This tickets is valid for 5 days and costs €30. There is no reduction for this ticket.
